I aim to demystify the fear of flying, destigmatize trauma, and create a safe space for people to reclaim their power, their voice, and their ability to travel through life—literally and emotionally—with confidence.
By blending over two decades of aviation experience with deep clinical knowledge, I help people rewrite the stories that keep them stuck in fear. Whether it’s the fear of losing control, past trauma, or living with invisible illness, my work is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and nervous system healing.
